SIRIM Berhad is a wholly-owned company of the Malaysian Government under the Minister of Finance Incorporated which focuses on discovering and developing new technologies to help businesses compete better through quality and innovation. As the national standards development agency, SIRIM plays an active role in international standards development. We coordinate the country’s participation in international standardization activities, where Malaysia is a participating member in over 80 ISO Technical Committees and Subcommittees.
