The Malaysian Society for Quality in Health (MSQH) was formed through the initiatives of the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH), Association of Private Malaysia (APHM) and the Malaysian Medical Association (MMA) The Malaysian Society for Quality in Health (MSQH) is an independent, not for profit organization working actively in participation with healthcare professionals to ensure safety and continuous quality improvement in health and in the services provided by healthcare facilities and services in the country. MSQH is recognised by the Ministry of Health Malaysia on the 27th of November 2006 as the national accrediting body for healthcare facilities and services. MSQH was also recognised by STANDARDS MALAYSIA on 8th of May 2009 as an organisation that accredits and develops standards for healthcare facilities and services in Malaysia.
