Clinical Research Malaysia (CRM) is a non-profit Government Trial Management Organisation providing access to all clinical trial sites of the Ministry of Health, Malaysia. CRM is a project of the National Key Economic Areas and is responsible to develop the national contract research industry. We provide the crucial public-private interface with the sites and investigators, and can advise on investment, regulatory, ethical and related issues. CRM has a central core team connected within the Clinical Research Centre (CRC) network at major hospitals and primary care centres. Services:
To facilitate, coordinate and interface between public and private in conducting clinical research in Malaysia and this includes the following:
• centre of information
• assist in identifying investigators and trial sites
• assist on budget negotiation with sponsors
• review Clinical Trial Agreements
• provide oversight in MOH facilities
• central research financial management for MOH sites.
